We at the GPBA would like to offer another avenue for you to communicate those awesome award scores of achievement to your local association manager. This process will speed up processing of awards and you can get them back to your bowler(s) quicker and smoother. This may help you control postage costs or any other way it improves your service to your bowler(s) in your league. We heard the suggestions and here it is. 2 forms below one for awards submissions and one for your supplies or inquiries with the association manager. ****Still must fill out the HONOR Scores forms for 900,800,300,11in row and so on with the bowlers signature**** |
